ABRAZAR Inc’s corporate building, located at 7101 Wyoming Street, Westminster, California, was originally built in 1986 with funding from the State of California Senior Bond Act of 1985, City of Westminster, County of Orange and $150,000 in private donations and fundraising.
The facility we constructed is 5200 square feet. It is built on a 26,550 square foot lot. The main building consists of a large dining room with a 300 person capacity. The dining room is equipped with a retractable wall that allows us to divide the room into two separate large rooms. It is equipped with a commercial kitchen, a dental clinic with a two-chair operatory and a separate laboratory. A computer lab/classroom equipped with 20 state of the art computers, printers and copiers. We have six offices for program and administrative staff. A food pantry equipped with 2 large refrigerator/freezers.
Additionally, there are 5 additional buildings on the premises. Two of the buildings house a library, office and program supplies and equipment storage rooms. The third building is a modular unit equipped with 3 large offices, an office supply room and separate copy room. There are two large rooms equipped with 12 working stations. The fourth and fifth buildings are single family residences we rent-out as part of our Affordable Housing Program.
ABRAZAR’s Westminster and Midway City Community Centers are ADA (American with Disabilities Act) compliant. The center is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The center has an inviting and comfortable reception area where the receptionist greets seniors as they enter the facility and directs them to the appropriate office, service or activities area. The center has two large community/lunch rooms where seniors play bingo, have lunch, socialize or attend English as a Second Language classes. The center also has a kitchen, food storage room and an outside patio for seniors that want to socialize and relax among their friends and family. The program and administrative offices are easily accessible by the clients walking in to the facility.
