Welcome to ABRAZAR's Community Centers & Senior Transportation Services
ABRAZAR's mission is to promote the general welfare and prosperity of the very poor to medium income population in Orange County. In particular, we strive to provide services for senior citizens, adults, youth and children. We have provided continuous service since 1975 and we are a multigenerational and multicultural organization. Interpretation and translation services are available for all of our programs. ABRAZAR has been committed to educating individuals on how to access existing education, social, housing. transportation and health care programs in order to improve their quality of life.
ABRAZAR currently has four separate Senior Transportation Programs: Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (SNEMT), Adult Day Health Care (ADHC), Senior Mobility, and Job Access Reverse Commute (JARC). We provide SNEMT transportation Monday though Saturday.
